Management and Human Resources
Ensure hierarchical responsibility and close management of nursing staff.
Participate in recruitment, organise integration and conduct evaluations.
Identify training needs and support skills development.
Plan staffing, schedules, holidays and absences according to service needs.
Manage complex relational situations with the IT Department and HR.
Collaborate closely with IRUS to anticipate needs, adjust staffing and ensure appropriate resource allocation between units. Care Organisation
Organise and coordinate nursing activities across all units.
Adapt resources to activity and complexity of care.
Guarantee continuity of care and smooth patient pathway.
Provide regular reporting to the IT Department and report major situations.
Analyse field issues with IRUS, define necessary measures and forward situations requiring arbitration to the IT Department. Rehabilitation, Quality and Safety
Ensure care promotes patient autonomy and participation.
Guarantee coherence between the care plan and the interdisciplinary therapeutic project.
Ensure application of protocols, quality of records and safety of practices.
Analyse adverse events and implement improvement actions.
Highlight the role of nursing care in the rehabilitation pathway. Collaboration and Development
Promote collaboration with medical, therapeutic teams and support services.
Participate in care department projects and institutional projects.
Support changes and harmonise practices between units.

Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland.
Proven experience in care and team supervision.
Completed or ongoing training in close management.
