YOUR TASKS
- Preparation of diet meals according to prescriptions
- Meal preparation for patients, staff and guests including provision of mise-en-place for the entire kitchen
- Advising our patients and kitchen staff on diet-related questions
- Assisting with the management of the menu choice system and food orders
- Support in organising special events as well as assisting on the line during breakfast, lunch and dinner services
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a diet cook with a federal diploma (EFZ)
- Interest in nutritional issues and willingness to share knowledge and make an important contribution to the success of our clinic
- Reliable and cheerful personality with excellent communication skills
- High customer orientation and organisational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekend shifts
