You actively contribute to the stability of the operation of the infrastructure environment
Your expertise helps with the design and construction of new network concepts
You apply your knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and security daily
In demanding support cases, you work closely with technical teams
Monitoring complex network structures is part of your daily business
Qualifications:
IT specialist EFZ with several years of professional experience in enterprise IT infrastructure
Experience with security protocols, routing concepts, and monitoring systems
Fluent German, English skills for international coordination available
Tech stack: MPLS, 802.1x, TCP/IP, Microsoft 365, data centre solutions, firewalling, VPN, ITIL-based support processes
