In our monitoring unit at Hirslanden Klinik Im Park, you care for patients in a sensitive phase following surgical procedures. With attentiveness, precision and a high sense of responsibility, you work in a demanding environment where modern medicine, interdisciplinary collaboration and highly specialised nursing intertwine daily. Through your professional expertise and prudent actions, you contribute decisively to providing our patients with security, stability and confidence.

YOUR TASKS
- Monitoring, nursing and care of patients in the monitoring unit across all medical specialties
- Responsibility for postoperative monitoring of vital signs as well as operation-specific nursing measures
- Independent execution of diagnostic, therapeutic and prophylactic measures prescribed by the doctor
- Ensuring flawless performance recording and nursing documentation
- Recognising emergency situations and initiating appropriate measures until the doctor arrives
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic training as a certified nurse (FH/HF) with further training in intensive care, anaesthesia or IMC, or willingness to complete the IMC course
- Empathy in dealing with patients and their relatives
- Customer and service orientation as well as resilience, teamwork and flexibility (shift work 24/7)
- Willingness to further develop your expertise and make an important contribution to the success of our clinic
