As a Service Technician for Mobile Cranes, you ensure that our most modern cranes are always ready for use. Whether commissioning new equipment, technical faults or demanding repairs - no day is like the other. Exciting assignments throughout Switzerland, high personal responsibility and direct customer contact await you.
These are your tasks
- You prepare new equipment, commission it and carry out handovers and instructions with our customers.
- You perform service, maintenance and inspection work on our mobile cranes.
- You analyse technical faults and carry out repairs directly at the customer or at our site in Reiden.
- You conduct SUVA crane inspections throughout Switzerland.
- You perform warranty work as well as technical modifications according to the current service information.
- You competently advise and support our customers on site as well as by telephone.
- You document your assignments in service, maintenance and inspection reports and coordinate spare parts with internal and external parties if necessary.
- You maintain long-term customer relationships and professionally represent Liebherr at every assignment.
This is what you bring with you
- Completed training as an agricultural machinery, truck, construction machinery mechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or motor equipment mechanic EFZ.
- Ideally experience in the technical service sector or in the environment of mobile construction or mobile cranes. Motivated professionals with development potential are also gladly considered.
- Very good German skills as well as good French skills. Additional languages are a plus.
- Driving licence category B as well as ideally category E or C or the willingness to acquire these.
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and independent work.
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland as well as occasional assignments in neighbouring countries.
- Place of residence preferably in the Bern, Zurich, Basel or Lucerne area.
