A gynaecology practice handles all essential examinations and treatments in the field of women's health. Four consultation rooms in a very busy practice, a strong dynamic, a new expansion planned from 2027. Located in an ideal location, right next to Bienne station, with a female team composed of 6 medical assistants, very close-knit and supportive.
To strengthen this team within the gynaecological practice located at Medin, we are looking, from 1 September 2026 or by agreement, for a:

Your tasks – our position
- Within a motivated team composed of medical assistants, nurses and gynaecologists, you take care of patients at the gynaecological clinic at the Medin site
- Routine tasks: managing telephone calls, reception and appointment scheduling, preparing patients for consultations (weighing and blood pressure measurement, blood sampling, etc.)
- You gladly and efficiently perform administrative tasks such as recording reports and managing patients, including by e-mail (KISIM, Synedra). Working in a structured manner is self-evident to you
- You are familiar with the tasks of a dynamic practice
- Contact with patients and the professional execution of nursing care are a priority for you
Your skills – our expectations
- Complete training as a medical assistant (recognition by the CRS mandatory for foreign diplomas)
- Professional experience in an outpatient service or medical practice in Switzerland is essential
- Proficiency with IT tools (e.g. MS Office, KISIM, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and patient orientation
- Team spirit, flexibility, open-mindedness, enjoyment of human contact and resilience to stress
- Mother tongue: German or French, with good knowledge of the other language (minimum level B2)
