Head of HR Service Centre

Making HR simple. Together with your teams (around 40 employees), you ensure that all administrative HR processes for approximately 10,500 employees, from entry to exit, from payroll processing to social security, function reliably, professionally and customer-oriented.

What to expect

• You lead the HR Service Centre with the teams HR Payroll, HR Social Security, HR Time Management and HR Administration. You directly manage the employees of the HR Projects & Processes team
• You ensure the operational Employee Life Cycle from entry to exit, payroll, time management and social security matters
• You are responsible for our HR system landscape content-wise: SAP HCM, PEP Polypoint, UKA and UKG
• You make digitalisation concrete: What is strategically conceived in HR is operationally implemented
• You lead cross-departmental projects
• As a member of the HR Board, you help shape the direction of the Personnel Directorate together with the other department heads (Consulting, Development & Strategy, Control)
• You represent HR in various committees and projects

What you bring

• Several years of leadership experience and the ability to lead and develop people
• Solid experience in the topics of a modern HR Service Centre
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems as well as the ability to quickly grasp technical contexts
• Experience in managing projects and change initiatives
• Analytical, networked thinking as well as a high service orientation
• Advanced training in Human Resources Management (e.g. MAS HRM or HR Leadership)
