You will work closely with the Network Development management in the Infrastructure Division and take on a central role at the interface with the federal government and internal partners. What you will achieve.
- As a Finance Business Partner, you will financially manage the expansion programmes and ensure that projects are realised purposefully, on time, and within budget.
- For the Network Development management, you will take on business partnering and for Infrastructure Finance, you will be the central contact person for the Federal Office of Transport (BAV).
- You will keep costs and deadlines under control in controlling and continuously develop methods and tools in risk management.
- You will be responsible for cost allocation, create a reliable multi-year plan, and prepare target-group-appropriate reporting for the federal government and internal stakeholders.
- Sound analyses provide management with clear decision-making bases, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the programmes.
- You will initiate improvements in financial and programme controlling processes and standards and drive their implementation forward.
What you bring with you.
- With your strong communication skills, you gain trust and convince with clear argumentation.
- You enjoy working very independently, think analytically and in scenarios, and take responsibility with noticeable commitment.
- You engage effectively in dialogue with stakeholders and influence decisions to advance them.
- You bring several years of experience in controlling and confidently use systems and tools for planning, reporting, and analyses.
- You have successfully completed a university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration or finance and controlling, or a technical degree with business administration further education.
- You have at least C1 level German. You have B2 level French skills or are willing to refresh them. Italian skills at A2 level are an advantage.
