CNC Setter

Supplier to prestigious watch brands, we produce watch crystals and complex sapphire components.

To strengthen our Industrial Performance department, we are looking for a

Your responsibilities

• Machine park management: You are responsible for setting up 3-axis CNC machines for turning.
• Set-ups: You carry out set-ups and adjust parameters to optimise production.
• Process optimisation: You adjust and improve settings to ensure the quality and efficiency of our production lines.
• Support and training: You are responsible for upskilling teams in collaboration with your direct manager.
• Standardise processes and disseminate best practices.
• Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions and ensure process robustness.

Your profile

• Training: Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Proven experience in machining, set-ups and CNC adjustments, ideally on Schaublin lathes (Fanuc control). Experience in grinding hard materials is a major asset.
• Technical skills:
  • Mastery of measuring and control tools.
  • Reading and modifying ISO programmes.
  • Programming with Gibbscam.
• Interpersonal skills:
  • Team spirit, active listening and smooth communication.
  • Solution-oriented and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Positive attitude, proactivity and initiative.
