CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F)

Within the mechanical department, you are responsible for the manufacture of tooling on CNC machining centres, from programme development to machine setting, choosing appropriate machining methods and adhering to productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

PROGRAMMING/SETTING

• Study of plans and mechanical feasibility of fixtures for new watches
• Definition of manufacturing methods, cutting tools and machining fixtures
• Creation of CNC machining programmes
• Production of machined parts, machines or tools in compliance with quality, pace, deadline and safety requirements
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the working environment

MANUFACTURING

• Manufacture of programmed parts with CNC and conventional milling machines
• Creation of tooling and finishing: chamfering, microblasting, marking
• Documentation of manufacturing processes if necessary
• Collaboration with the industrialisation department

FINAL INSPECTION

• Dimensional control during manufacturing according to plans
• Final dimensional and aesthetic inspection

Profile

• Federal VET Diploma as micromechanic, polymachinist or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the "Esprit" software is an asset
• Versatile, conscientious, autonomous person with good analytical skills, able to manage priorities and willing to work within a multidisciplinary team
