To strengthen our already established teams in the Vaud Coast region, we are looking for Community Health and Care Assistants in psychiatry.
Community Health and Care Assistant ASSC in Psychiatry (M/F)
Your mission:
- Support and relationship: Support the patient in daily life activities by promoting their autonomy and rehabilitation.
- Technical and medico-technical care: Perform delegated care (blood sampling, vital signs monitoring, dressings) and ensure the management and secure distribution of medication treatments.
- Therapeutic environment facilitation: Co-lead sociotherapeutic activities and workshops to maintain patients’ social connections.
- Clinical follow-up: Observe the evolution of patients’ mental and physical health, and accurately convey key information (both orally and in writing in the electronic record).
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) required;
- Valid practice rights in the relevant canton or recognition in progress;
- You are versatile, flexible and autonomous;
- Experience in psychiatry (a major asset) or strong interest in mental health and complex human relations.
- Required qualities: Excellent listening skills, empathetic attitude, stress management, rigour and strong team spirit.
- Flexibility: Ability to work variable hours (split shifts, weekends, and potentially nights depending on service organisation).
