Responsibilities

• Independent planning, management and implementation of demanding strategic and cross-departmental projects for the Customer Service & Logistics area – from initiation to successful handover to operational business
• Managing collaboration between Business (Customer Service & Logistics), IT and external partners as well as ensuring efficient, timely and sustainable project implementation
• Responsibility for project scope, deadlines, resources and budget as well as active task, risk and measure management
• Planning and moderating workshops and professional coordination as well as supporting pilot phases, rollouts and go-lives including communication, training and change measures
• Participation in the establishment and further development of the Project Management Office (PMO) as well as maintenance of the project portfolio, creation of reports and development of project management standards and templates

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, commercial training or degree as well as training or further education in project management, business administration or a related field
• Negotiation-level German skills and fluent English skills; other national languages are an advantage
• Proven several years of experience in leading and independently managing demanding projects
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in classical and agile project management as well as in collaboration with IT organisations
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style as well as a confident manner towards different stakeholders
