With MEDIN Kids, a new outpatient centre dedicated to child and adolescent health is being established at the Health House in Biel. It offers a wide range of specialised consultations. Various medical and therapeutic disciplines work closely together and pool their expertise to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for children and adolescents under one roof. The offer includes developmental paediatrics, psychology, paediatric physiotherapy and paediatric occupational therapy.
Interprofessional collaboration promotes direct exchanges, coordinates therapeutic concepts and ensures comprehensive care, decisively oriented towards the needs of children, adolescents and their families.

Assistant Physician in Paediatric Neurology at 60–100 %
Your tasks – our position
- Independently conduct outpatient paediatric neurology consultations
- Provide consultative care for children in collaboration with the Paediatric Clinic (emergency service and hospitalised patients)
- Participate in the development of the paediatric neurology service; EEG examinations and neuropsychological assessments are carried out in collaboration with the Neurology Clinic
- Participate in the planning and implementation of continuing education
- Actively contribute to the development of a dynamic, value-based work culture
Your skills – our expectations
- Specialist title in paediatric neurology FMH or equivalent
- Certificate of supplementary training (AFC) in EEG FMH or equivalent, or interest in obtaining it
- Enjoy working within an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team as well as exchanging with specialists
- Commitment focused on the needs of patients and their families
- Adherence to medical quality standards, including patient safety, optimisation of work processes, innovation and economic efficiency
- Very good knowledge of German or French (level C1), as well as knowledge of the other language or willingness to learn it
