Property Manager with Federal Certificate (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the comprehensive care and management of real estate properties
- You are the first point of contact for tenant concerns and coordinate tenant communication
- You create and manage rental contracts and ensure their compliance
- You plan and monitor maintenance measures as well as renovation projects
- You are responsible for budgeting, utility billing, and dunning processes
Qualifications:
- You have professional experience in property management
- Ideally, you have further training as a property manager with a federal certificate
- You are proficient in tenancy law and have experience dealing with tenancy-related issues
- You possess strong organisational skills and negotiation abilities
