Industrialisation Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Lead, motivate and develop the Industrialisation / Methods team to strengthen skills and collective performance.
• Define, manage and supervise industrialisation projects for new parts as well as continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the quality and responsiveness of the price offer preparation process.
• Coordinate between various internal departments (production, quality, logistics, etc.) and external partners.
• Ensure the achievement of industrial performance objectives in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, safety rules and internal procedures.
• Actively contribute to optimising manufacturing processes and improving the company’s competitiveness.

We expect

• Degree as a HES Engineer or equivalent in mechanical engineering, microtechnology or a similar field.
• Proven experience in industrialisation in the precision turning sector.
• Successful experience in managing a technical team and industrial project management.
• Good knowledge of demanding environments such as watchmaking and/or medical sectors.
• Leadership, organisational skills, analytical mindset and results orientation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Very good command of French and good level of English (minimum B2).
