Our client, a Neuchâtel SME exporting its products worldwide, has mandated us to preselect their future

Technician - Draughtsman / Constructor & Apprentice Supervisor

Your main tasks:

• Participation in studies, design and continuous product improvement

• Preparation of layout and assembly drawings as well as manufacturing documents

• Technical follow-up of orders (planning, coordination with project management and purchasing)

• Management of items and bill of materials
• Collaboration with various departments (sales, purchasing, production, after-sales service, quality)
• Contribution to the quality of technical data (documentation, ERP, PLM)
• Supervision and monitoring of apprentice draughtsman-constructors

Your profile:

• ES Technician / Mechanical draughtsman-constructor or equivalent training
• Significant experience in a mechanical industrial environment (machines, equipment, etc.)
• Good command of a CAD software, a PLM system and user of an ERP
• Pedagogy and good communication skills; Experience in apprentice training or willingness to train in this area
• Languages: French and English
