To strengthen our ICT Services department at the Olten location, we are looking for a motivated and future-oriented personality who would like to become part of a dynamic team.

• First-level support with heart and mind: You are the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries - by phone, email or via our ticket system.
• Analysis & problem solving: You record and classify tickets, carry out initial analyses and independently resolve faults and service requests.
• Proactive communication: You keep our customers informed at all times and ensure transparency.
• Teamwork: For more complex cases, you work closely with 2nd and 3rd level support and coordinate fault resolution.
• Documentation: You create and update customer documentation to share knowledge.

This is what defines you.

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT specialist EFZ.
• Initial experience in IT support and knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Windows workplaces.
• High motivation, customer orientation and enjoyment of service.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty.
• Good German and English skills.
• Driving licence category B.
