Job Description
- Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs of heavy vehicles and construction machinery, of all brands.
- Diagnose faults and mechanical problems using appropriate diagnostic tools and carry out necessary repairs.
- Check, replace and repair defective parts in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations.
- Perform functional tests and adjustments after each intervention, as well as prepare vehicles for inspections.
- Ensure follow-up of interventions, comply with safety and environmental standards and respond to emergencies as part of an on-call service.
Profile Sought
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automotive mechanic or equivalent training and have practical experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles and/or construction machinery. You possess solid knowledge in mechanics, electricity and hydraulics and are comfortable with diagnostic tools as well as reading diagrams and technical documents. Autonomous, organised and precise, you also appreciate teamwork and demonstrate rigour in complying with safety standards.
