Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as a Business Controller where you can apply your skills to support strategic decisions. In this role, you take responsibility for strategic controlling and present yourself as a committed personality. You bring your experience as a senior and advocate for the further development of controlling. Your goal is to make a significant contribution to success through your work. You are ready to engage in this demanding and varied role.
Responsibilities:
- You support the operational managers in the medical areas as a sparring partner
- In this role, you work closely with medical controlling and cost accounting
- As a Business Controller, you prepare meaningful analyses and profitability calculations
- You take an active role in the further development of controlling instruments and reporting tools
- You work on and/or lead projects on business management and interdisciplinary topics
- You advise the clinics on strategic development
Qualifications:
- You have a university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in controlling
- You possess analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- You can present and communicate complex contexts clearly
- You are goal- and result-oriented
- You have a high IT affinity and experience with SAP and BI systems
