For our client, an innovative Swiss company in international machine and plant engineering, we are looking for an experienced individual as a System Technician Automation. In this varied role, you will accompany demanding automation projects from hardware planning through software development to the commissioning of modern special machines and automated systems. You will work closely with design, assembly, and project management and make a decisive contribution to the successful implementation of customer-specific solutions.
- Planning and preparation of electrical circuit documents, wiring diagrams, and hardware concepts using modern CAE systems
- Definition and design of control and automation components for customer-specific systems
- Conducting software tests and supporting commissioning at the factory
- Accompanying system acceptance and providing technical support during commissioning at home and abroad
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Further education at HF or FH level with a focus on automation, electrical engineering, or system technology
- Professional experience in PLC programming or electrical planning in machine or plant engineering
- Knowledge in programming PLC controls (Siemens S7, TIA Portal)
- Experience with EPLAN or a comparable electrical CAD system
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Fluent German skills, as well as English skills
