IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 125,000Our ROCKEN partner is a globally active company in packaging technology based in Aargau and offers customised complete solutions for end packaging and transport security.
Role:
You are responsible for the operation, further development and optimisation of the entire IT system landscape and ensure a stable, secure and modern infrastructure. In this versatile position, you administer and expand the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, manage server, virtualisation, network and security infrastructures, and participate in IT and digitalisation projects. You plan and implement modern workplace and endpoint management solutions, support in the areas of IT security, monitoring, backup and compliance, and resolve faults in 2nd and 3rd level support. In addition, you automate IT processes, provide technical advice to internal departments and carefully document systems and solutions.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the operation, further development and optimisation of the IT system landscape and administer and expand the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
You manage server, virtualisation, network and security infrastructures and participate in IT and digitalisation projects
You plan and implement modern workplace and endpoint management solutions and support in the areas of IT security, monitoring, backup and compliance
You analyse and resolve faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
You automate and standardise IT processes and provide technical advice to internal departments
In addition, you document systems, processes and solutions in a structured manner
Qualifications:
You have completed training and further education in computer science (FH/HF)
You have several years of experience in the operation and engineering of IT infrastructures
You possess very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and ideally Azure; experience in virtualisation, networking and IT security is an advantage
You ideally have knowledge of PowerShell or comparable scripting languages as well as an interest in modern cloud, infrastructure and security topics and BCM
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, are a team player and appreciate cooperative collaboration with specialist departments
You bring high initiative, a sense of responsibility, social competence as well as very good German and English skills
