Why this role matters
We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic coach for the "Odyssey of the Mind" programme. In this role, your primary mission is not to provide the answers, but to foster creativity and empower children to take full ownership of their solutions. You will help students decode complex problems and develop the collaboration skills essential for their future as global citizens.

Your role and responsibilities
- Conduct brainstorming sessions for both Long-Term and Spontaneous problems.
- Encourage students to take responsibility for their actions and choices as a team.
- Help the team work effectively together and teach the fundamental principles of collaborative effort.
Who we are looking for
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience with children (as a parent, within a school community, or in coaching/animation) is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of both English and French is required, as the activity is primarily conducted in English.
Personal Attributes
- A positive, enthusiastic, and creative personality.
- The ability to foster ownership, allowing children to develop their own solutions without adult interference.
- Excellent rapport with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with them.
