Your Tasks

• For an optimal, hygienic, and efficient working environment in the operating theatre, you take responsibility for careful preparation, optimisation, and diligent follow-up.
• You expertly support the team during surgical procedures to ensure a smooth and well-organised process.
• During diagnostic and therapeutic operations, you monitor vital signs and manage nursing processes in the operating theatre area.
• With a strong focus on quality and a methodical approach, you ensure an orderly and professional workflow in the operating theatre.
• Close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nursing professionals, anaesthetists, and other medical specialists is part of your daily duties.

Our Requirements

• For this demanding position, we require a completed training as a certified Specialist in Surgical Technology HF or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• You demonstrate strong team spirit while also working independently, reliably, and responsibly.
• Communication in the professional environment is clear, precise, and effective thanks to excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
