Internal Sales Associate

- Professionally advise customers on the products and services offered by Pistor AG
- Conduct active telephone sales daily
- Process, follow up, and analyse orders from assigned customers
- Actively collaborate with all stakeholders (internal/external)
- Various administrative tasks such as offers, evaluations, maintenance of master data, etc.
- Welcoming customers and handling invoice payments
- Processing returns, complaints, transport damages. Issue credit notes or necessary corrections as required
Your profile
- Training as a cook or baker and/or basic commercial training or further commercial education
- Good IT skills (ERP, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Native French speaker, proficiency in spoken and written German is a significant advantage
- Passion for sales and willingness to develop your knowledge
- Helpful personality, with a true sense of service, you enjoy working in a team
- Organised, thorough, and reliable person, able to set priorities and see tasks through to completion
- Good stress resistance
- Ideally living within 30 minutes of our company
