Site Supervising Electrician (m/f/d)

For an established, leading Swiss traditional company in the canton of Lucerne, which has been successfully specialising in building and industrial automation as well as complete electrical solutions for over 50 years, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated leader as Site Supervising Electrician EFZ for the area of new builds & renovations. In this versatile key position, you will take on the technical and organisational management of installation teams in the residential and commercial building sector. You will work actively, support demanding private and business customers, and additionally have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into large industrial projects.

Your Tasks

• Technical management and coordination of construction sites as well as leadership and motivation of the installation team
• Independent execution of electrical installations in new builds and renovations as well as in industrial plants
• Completion of varied service, repair, and maintenance work
• Active training and promotion of apprentices on site
• Ensuring high quality standards, adherence to deadlines, and occupational safety on site

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an Electrician EFZ, Assembly Electrician EFZ, or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in site management or strong willingness for the next career step
• Very good knowledge of German
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
• Independent, precise working style and enjoyment in organising as well as leadership skills
