Strategic Buyer with Leadership Responsibility 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage procurement for defined product groups.
You lead the purchasing team of four employees both professionally and personally.
Suppliers are selected, evaluated and further developed based on defined criteria.
You obtain offers, analyse them and carry out comparisons.
You independently conduct price and contract negotiations with suppliers.
You maintain existing supplier relationships and strategically expand the portfolio.
You analyse purchasing costs and initiate appropriate optimisations.
You coordinate procurement matters with production, engineering, development, quality and sales.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing.
Several years of experience in strategic purchasing or a comparable procurement function.
Sound knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes.
Experience with price, contract and condition negotiations.
Technical understanding and interest in industrial products and materials.
Leadership experience and clear, cooperative communication.
Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office; CAD knowledge is an advantage.
Very good German and good French skills; English is an advantage.
