Your Responsibilities
- Technical responsibility for the further development of a central customer platform
- Professional leadership and coaching of a small software development team
- Management and coordination of development projects as well as technical quality assurance
- Gathering and analysing professional requirements and developing sustainable solution concepts
- Close collaboration with business stakeholders as the interface between departments and development
- Ensuring stable operations and continuous optimisation of existing applications
- Contributing to the further development of software and integration architecture
- Developing modern Java enterprise applications in an agile environment
- Promoting best practices, clean code, and sustainable development processes
Our Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science (FH, university or ETH) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in object-oriented software development with Java
- Experience in professional leadership or technical management of small development teams
- Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and modern software architectures
- Experience with integration and messaging technologies such as Apache Camel, Kafka, or comparable platforms
- Good knowledge of modern frontend technologies, ideally React
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle)
- Knowledge of container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift is an advantage
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with departments and development teams
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
