Mission:
- Prepare tools and plans
- Ensure machine start-up
- Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks of parts during start-up and production according to the pace defined by the control plan
- Master various measuring and control devices
- Initiate corrective actions in case of manufacturing process deviations
- Carry out control and preventive maintenance operations according to the annual schedule
- Ensure daily maintenance and monitoring of machines to guarantee their proper functioning


Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as precision mechanic or equivalent diploma
- Ideally 2 years of experience in industrial machining
- Proficiency with CNC machines (Haas, Mazak)
- Knowledge of control equipment (Keyence is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Staubli robots
- Ability to analyse and solve technical problems
- Proficiency with common computer tools
- Knowledge of ISO language (CNC programming)
- 2x8 shift schedule
