Your Tasks

• You support us in rebuilding our open geriatric psychiatric acute ward and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
• You assist in implementing our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
• Together with your interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilising patients and thus to a better quality of life
• You accompany trainees and students during their training and can pass on your experience to the next generation
• You work closely with the education department
• You are the nursing contact person for patients who need support due to an acute crisis
• You work in a motivated nursing team with humour and heart and are part of a committed interprofessional treatment team
• As a vocational trainer, you are responsible for supporting the learning process of trainees and HF students on the ward in various training phases. You orient yourself to their resources and competencies

Your Profile

• You have a qualification as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII (or hold an equivalent diploma from abroad recognised in Switzerland)
• You have experience in psychiatry or experience in somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• You can demonstrate a completed further education in vocational training or are interested in completing one
• Ideally, you have experience in the professional care of older people
• You enjoy multiprofessional collaboration and have an interest in complex psychiatric issues
• You ensure with us that patients receive comprehensive, person-centred care and that our quality standards are carefully observed
• You are responsible for designing the nursing process from admission to discharge
