You work in the Property & Casualty field. We offer our Private and Corporate clients a wide range of standard and individual insurance products, as well as legal protection solutions.

At AXA-ARAG, you participate in defending the interests of our clients, whether concerning their private or professional life, their mobility or the Internet. What awaits you

• Oral and written advice to our Private and Corporate clients in real estate law, mainly:
  • Tenancy law
  • Public and private construction law
  • Property rights
  • Neighbour law
  • Other contracts related to real estate
• Resolution of complex legal issues in the aforementioned areas
• Conducting negotiations with policyholders, opposing parties, technical experts and authorities

What you bring

• University degree in Swiss law (MLaw)
• Bar admission, an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Flexibility, autonomy and ability to manage a high workload
• Enjoyment of client contact
• Very good communication, negotiation and legal drafting skills
• Good knowledge of English and/or German, an advantage
