By joining our accounting team, you will be responsible for the following tasks;

• Accounting management and monitoring of a portfolio of buildings for institutional and private clients
• Working closely with the management group
• Processing monthly reports
• Preparing annual accounts for real estate companies
• Maintaining accounts and allocating common charges
• Preparing heating statements
• Supervising apprentices in the real estate sector during accounting training periods
• Continuously contributing to service improvements
• Communicating with clients or their representatives

To ensure smooth handling and successful integration in this role, we ask you to meet the following profile;

• Swiss certificate/diploma in accounting
• 5 years of experience in real estate accounting in French-speaking Switzerland
• Knowledge of Abacus software is a real asset
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Autonomous and meticulous, able to make appropriate decisions and engage in proactive communication
• A unifier, you ensure success with all other departments
• Perfect command of French writing and spelling
