The Academic Assistant provides broad operational and administrative support to academic operations at LRCM Campus. Working under the direct supervision of the Executive Academic Assistant, the role is the primary support point for Assistant Deans and Program Directors in their day-to-day academic delivery.

- Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong service orientation - courteous, responsive, and supportive toward faculty, students, and colleagues.
- Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced academic environment.
- Good communicator, both written and verbal, in English and French (an advantage).
- Collaborative team player who works effectively with the Executive Academic Assistant and academic leadership.
- Discrete and professional in handling administrative information.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration, education, communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with academic platforms (Moodle, LMS systems) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience coordinating logistics for events, speakers, or external stakeholders is an advantage.
