Your Tasks and Prospects

Co-management of patients on the wards of Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Emergency Department
Conducting a thorough medical history and physical examination
Performing and interpreting diagnostic procedures such as ECG, Schellong test, Mini-Mental test, POCUS sonography as well as other medical examinations
Participation in ward rounds, interdisciplinary case discussions, diagnostic procedures, reports and training and further education events
Support with minor interventions as well as application of scores for disease assessment
Involvement in on-call duty as assistance during operations at night as well as on weekends and public holidays

You are in the elective study year or currently completing your Practical Year (PJ)
Strong interest in the field of Internal Medicine
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
High willingness to perform and learn, teamwork skills and responsible working

Employment duration from 1 to 4 months, start does not necessarily have to be on the 1st of the month
Recognition of the PJ tertial by the University of Zurich
Committed and structured supervision by our medical team with targeted support
