IT System Engineer - Microsoft 365 & AI (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:
In this role, as an IT Network Administrator / AI Integrator, you design a stable, secure, and future-proof digital infrastructure. You take responsibility for the reliable operation of the network and system landscape and ensure that all systems run efficiently and securely. At the same time, you drive the integration of AI solutions into business processes and develop practical applications that create real added value. You work closely with e-commerce, support, and marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. Through your expertise and initiative, you make a central contribution to digital advancement and the continuous optimisation of internal processes.
Responsibilities:
You maintain and develop the IT infrastructure at the locations as well as international shops (LAN/WLAN, firewalls, VPN, switching, routing)
You ensure the stable operation of the Microsoft 365 and cloud environment (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams telephony)
You manage end devices, licences, and security solutions and ensure high IT security with MFA, Zero Trust, and endpoint protection
You support 2nd-level support, rollouts, system updates, and IT documentation
You further develop AI and automation solutions with tools such as n8n, Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science, system technology or a comparable qualification
You bring at least 3 years of experience in IT administration and are familiar with Microsoft 365, networks, and cloud systems
Experience with PowerShell, APIs, automation, and AI tools is an advantage
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
