What to expect

• Responsible for monthly reports and target/actual comparisons
• Coordinate and participate in the creation of 1- and 3-year plans
• Assist in the monthly forecasting process (quantities, sales, material costs and gross margin)
• Support in preparing monthly financial statements (monthly reports, profit and loss accounts, variance analyses, forecasts) as well as ad-hoc analyses

What you bring

• Business or technical basic training with appropriate further education (Master in Business Administration, Swiss federal diploma expert in accounting and controlling, NDS Controlling Uni/FH or equivalent)
• Experience in sales controlling
• IT affinity, SAP knowledge as well as IBM Planning Analytics (TM1 databases) are advantageous
• Analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Good German and English skills
