Medical Informatics Specialist - Clinical Processes & Digitalisation (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You analyse clinical and administrative processes and translate the needs of the specialist departments into clear requirements for IT solutions.
You accompany the further development of medical applications and support their introduction, optimisation and sustainable operation.
You gather requirements in workshops and discussions with doctors, nursing staff, administration and other specialist departments.
You create technical concepts, process models and solution specifications and accompany their implementation together with internal and external IT partners.
You support projects related to digitalisation, interoperability, data flows and the modernisation of the clinical system landscape.
You coordinate tests, approvals and rollouts and ensure that new solutions meet the professional and clinical requirements.
You identify optimisation potential, develop pragmatic solutions and bring innovative ideas to improve patient care and internal processes.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in medical informatics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification.
You bring experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer or in a comparable role in healthcare.
You have a good understanding of clinical processes and medical information systems and enjoy connecting professional expertise and IT.
You have experience in requirements analysis, process modelling, creating technical concepts and supporting IT projects.
Knowledge of HIS, LIS, RIS/PACS, EHR, HL7/FHIR or other interface standards is an advantage.
You think analytically and in a networked way, can present complex matters clearly and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You communicate confidently with different professional groups and feel comfortable both in exchange with clinical specialists and IT experts.
You bring initiative, a sense of responsibility and interest in the continuous development of the digital hospital world.
