About the job
Activities- Responsible for the organization, coordination, and administration of training programs including course management (e.g., Moodle, SAP) as well as providing resources and documentation
- Coordinating and supporting external speakers as well as planning and supporting internal company training sessions (rooms, technology, support for presenters)
- Participating in the development and implementation of personnel development-related tools as well as working on projects for the introduction and optimization of new processes
- Providing and maintaining training materials and training documentation according to internal standards and external requirements
- Supporting and actively collaborating in the team as well as managing contacts while adhering to the applicable guidelines, regulations, and values of ORS
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of workflows with the ability to recognize connections and adapt standardized procedures
- Independent organization, planning, and strong communication skills
- User knowledge and application of MS Office applications
- German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- French | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- English | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- Monthly travel activity throughout Switzerland
