Use your expertise to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in the manufacture of our innovative and ultra-fresh products.

Your tasks

• Coordination and support of production tests, pilot series and first productions
• Documentation of trials and creation of instructions
• Approval of recipes, procedures and work plans in consultation with department heads
• Optimisation of production processes after the first production to ensure target performance
• Representative of production in development projects
• Management of improvement projects

Your profile

• Completed training as BSc in Food Technology, as a technician HF Food Technology or food technologist with a federal specialist certificate
• Knowledge of industrial production or industrial development of food (ideally of ultra-fresh convenience products/meals)
• Experience in project management
• Ability to analyse processes and data and implement insights with entrepreneurial foresight
• Fluent German and very good English skills
