- You develop business processes further and continuously and proactively contribute your ideas
- In this role, you take on support and maintenance of existing business applications, including patch installations and collaboration with external service providers
- As an Application Manager, you record application and process adjustments, review them, and perform simple data cleansing
- You maintain and develop interfaces between applications and contribute to the ongoing digitalisation of business processes
- In this role, you coordinate employees, support centres, and application developers as a hub and evaluate key figures and reports
- As an Application Manager, you participate in the introduction of new business applications or take on project management and create and maintain system and operational documentation
Qualifications:
- You have completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist, or business informatics specialist
- You have experience as a power user of ERP or ITSM systems and ideally knowledge in SQL
- You bring basic knowledge in the areas of servers, services, and networks
- You analyse problems precisely and find practical solutions, approach tasks proactively, and gladly take responsibility
- You are open, independent, customer- and solution-oriented, communicate clearly, and enjoy working in a team
- You are curious, eager to learn, and have German as your mother tongue as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
