Responsibilities:
- You actively support the optimisation and further development of existing processes
- You ensure the timely processing of orders while always keeping an overview
- You guarantee compliance with all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment
- You take care of facility management, including all maintenance work on the building
- You take over the management of the workshop department and ensure everything runs smoothly
- You accompany and coordinate external craftsmen and ensure smooth collaboration
- You keep precise maintenance records and document your daily work in clear reports
- You install new systems in production and the building and carry out the corresponding connection work
- You participate in occupational safety and environmental management measures and contribute to continuous improvement
- You perform repairs, service work, and maintenance of machines, apparatus, and equipment, including functional testing
Qualifications:
- You have a technical vocational training as a mechatronics engineer and can apply your expertise in various areas
- You ideally have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, printing, or packaging industry
- You possess strong organisational skills and demonstrate leadership qualities that advance your team
- You are a team player, customer-oriented, and handle your tasks confidently even under high pressure
- You are willing to work in a two-shift system and take on on-call duties to remain flexible to requirements
- You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and tackle tasks directly and pragmatically
- You impress with a confident and respectful demeanour that builds trust
- You are characterised by flexibility, initiative, and an efficient and precise working style
- You have very good German skills and ideally additional knowledge of French and English
