Team Leader Purchasing Food Industry 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for procurement planning of raw materials, intermediate products and packaging.
You agree prices, delivery terms and contractual conditions with suppliers.
You assess price developments and changes in raw material markets through market analyses.
You identify new sources of supply and check them for quality, price and reliability.
You lead and develop two employees both professionally and personally.
You create and manage supply contracts and framework agreements for recurring needs.
You monitor compliance with economic objectives using relevant purchasing key figures.
You regularly review existing supplier relationships and initiate adjustments if necessary.
Qualifications:
Several years of purchasing experience is essential.
Practical experience in the procurement of raw materials within the food industry is required.
A higher education in business administration or economics is an advantage.
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office facilitates daily work.
You understand business contexts and take them into account when making purchasing decisions.
You convince in dealing with suppliers through negotiation skills and assertiveness.
You work independently, communicate proactively and take responsibility for your results.
Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills, both spoken and written, are expected.
