ARCHITECT FH/ETH (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an Architect FH/ETH for the comprehensive handling of high-quality architectural projects in the residential and hotel sectors. You will take responsibility in design, project and execution planning and accompany projects through several SIA phases. The focus is on sophisticated villas, residential buildings and hotel projects with high design and construction requirements. The position also offers the prospect of gradually taking on your own project management and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding architectural projects in design, project and execution planning
Planning of villas, high-quality residential buildings and hotel projects with high design requirements
Independent project work along the relevant SIA phases
Development and elaboration of design, building permit, execution and detail plans
Creation and maintenance of 3D building models with ArchiCAD as well as collaboration in BIM-based planning processes
Development of technically and aesthetically high-quality construction and detail solutions
Coordination of planning with specialist planners, authorities, specialists and contractors
Conducting technical and building law clarifications and integrating the requirements into the planning
Supporting the project management in schedule, quality and planning coordination
Ensuring consistent plan and project documentation across the various planning phases
Participation in planning and coordination meetings as well as handling the resulting pending issues and plan adjustments
Prospective assumption of own project management and planning coordination according to experience and development
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree FH or ETH
At least 3 years of professional experience in project design and/or execution planning
Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD 2D/3D, ideally complemented by practical BIM experience
Solid knowledge in design, execution and detail planning
Good technical and constructive understanding as well as knowledge of Swiss construction and planning processes
Experience in coordinating specialist planners and project participants is an advantage
German language skills at least level C1 spoken and written
