Assista Protection juridique SA is a company of the Touring Club Suisse and one of the leading legal protection insurers. We provide high-quality services and professional assistance to our insured clients in private legal protection, traffic, property, travel, business, and internet.

We wish to recruit, for 1 November 2026 or by agreement, for our Legal Service in Neuchâtel a:

Legal Advisor or Lawyer (60%-90%)

Your challenges:

• You defend the interests of our insured clients in various legal fields, including insurance law, contract law, civil liability, and road traffic law.
• You manage assigned mandates independently and have frequent contact with our insured clients, authorities, and insurance companies.

What you bring:

• You have a solid academic background in Swiss law (the Swiss lawyer’s certificate is an advantage) and have initial professional experience in a law firm, an insurance company, or an administration.
• You demonstrate initiative, work with rigour, speed, and independently. You are very comfortable in interpersonal contacts.
• You have an excellent command of the French language, possess strong writing skills, excellent spelling, proven communication abilities, and good knowledge of German (other languages would be an asset).
