Together with our client, an internationally operating architecture and planning company, we are looking for a committed Head of Finance (80-100%). The company realises demanding construction and development projects and offers a dynamic, international working environment with short decision-making paths and a modern corporate culture. The workplace is located in the Basel metropolitan area and is very easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting
• Project controlling in collaboration with project managers including profitability and performance analyses
• Preparation of fee proposals as well as commercial analyses and support in contract negotiations
• Coordination of external accounting and auditing as well as ensuring compliance
• Further development of financial processes and support of strategic projects

You offer your new employer:

• Completed studies in finance, accounting, controlling or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in finance or controlling
• Experience in architecture or engineering is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
• Analytical, independent and hands-on personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
