YOUR TASKS
- You ensure a smooth administrative process in the Gastroenterology Centre
- You are responsible for reception, admission, and patient registration
- You are in charge of appointment coordination
- You take over the recording of billing services
- You prepare patient records and coordinate document exchange with practices and internal wards
- You manage the telephone switchboard and are responsible for electronic data archiving
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or as a Health Specialist (FaGe)
- Preferably, you already have several years of professional experience in a similar role
- You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office knowledge
- You are willing to work various shifts from Monday to Friday from 07:00 until no later than 18:00
- With your daily presence, the 60% workload is spread over 5 days a week with correspondingly reduced daily working hours
