For our headquarters in Pratteln, we are looking for a technically skilled, practical, and communicative personality as a Technical Instructor / Heat Pump Support (m/f/div.). The workplace is Pratteln with the possibility of home office and assignments throughout Switzerland.
Job Description
- You provide technical support for Buderus and Bosch wholesalers as well as for group leaders and end customers.
- You ensure the deputy role of the technical instructors in the areas of fossil and renewable energies.
- You support the Technical Customer Service with administrative tasks.
- You train our partner companies on technical topics.
- You manage the remote control systems of our product portfolio.
- You build up the Remote Service area and ensure its ongoing support.
- You establish and maintain international contacts within the group as well as with suppliers, including participation in international technical training.
- You coordinate and accompany all field and recall actions.
- You conduct technical clarifications and warranty processing with suppliers, customers, and the group and ensure reporting to the responsible departments.
- You handle damage cases, record systems, and prepare the corresponding reports.
- You take over complex cases as the highest technical support instance when the group leader requires further assistance.
- You develop and define technical courses with target-appropriate course objectives, scheduling, and course content.
- You create and develop technical training materials for the service.
- You conduct technical training as a trainer.
- You manage and coordinate the training room in Pratteln.
- You take on special tasks in customer service and participate in professional associations.
- You participate in marketing events such as trade fairs and customer events.
- You are willing to travel regularly domestically and abroad.
Qualifications
- Education: Technical basic training in heating, building, or energy technology or a comparable qualification
- Personality and working style: Independent, proactive, responsible, structured, solution-oriented, analytical, communicative, and confident in appearance. Enjoyment in knowledge transfer and presenting as well as willingness to travel and continuous training
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in heat pump and heating technology, sound knowledge of heat pumps, hydraulics, control and system technology, as well as experience in conducting technical training. Knowledge of our product portfolio is an advantage
- Languages: Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
