- Planning, implementation and further development of IT infrastructures for existing customers
- Consulting on IT strategy, system architecture and life-cycle management
- Professional leadership and support of the assigned support team
- Ensuring quality, time and budget compliance in projects
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
- Several years of experience in IT project management and customer support
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, Teams as well as VMware (Horizon, ESX)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking with a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, service orientation and team spirit
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2), French skills a great advantage
- Driving licence category B

- Technical overall responsibility for operations, projects and customer satisfaction- Planning, implementation and further development of IT infrastructures for existing customers
- Consulting on IT strategy, system architecture and life-cycle management
- Professional leadership and support of the assigned support team

Profile
- Completed training or further education in the field of computer science- Several years of experience in IT project management and customer support
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, Teams as well as VMware (Horizon, ESX)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking with a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, service orientation and team spirit
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2), French skills a great advantage
