To strengthen our team in the Catering sector, we are looking from 01.05.2026, for an unlimited duration, at the Geneva site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as Kitchen Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure the smooth running of operations and apply quality and hygiene guidelines in the Manora restaurant.
- You ensure that the market atmosphere is elegant, in accordance with the concept.
- You identify, evaluate, and exploit the potential of the local offer.
- You are responsible for personnel management.
- You are responsible for an organized structure oriented towards the restaurant employees (schedules, etc.).
- You ensure the training and development of employees as well as young talents.
- You are present on the ground, leading and supporting employees in their daily work.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in the catering field or hold a diploma from a hotel school.
- You have extensive experience in the catering sector.
- You live and love the role of host/hostess.
- Ideally, you have gained initial management experience.
- You convince with your stress resistance, perseverance, and reliability.
- You have a positive attitude towards work, know how to convey it to your employees, and motivate them sustainably.
- You have a sense of improvisation and enjoy taking on challenges.
- You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and keep calm and an overview in busy situations.
