What you achieve
- Personnel and professional leadership of the private customers product management team.
- Further development of the product strategy in line with the corporate strategy.
- Overall responsibility for the entire product and service portfolio.
- Management of the complete value chain: product structure, features, pricing, processes, documents, fund offerings, general terms and conditions.
- Design of new product features including integration of behavioural economic elements.
- Ensuring annual product releases (e.g. tranches), naming, USP definition, internal and external communication as well as content management online and offline.
- Preparation of volume and premium planning, conducting product-related analyses and market comparisons, preparation for management and operational units.
- Ensuring professional compliance across all product levels.
- Support for special offers, co-design of market development measures.
- Active role in transformation and product projects such as LEAP or tranches.
What you bring
- Solid experience in leading and developing teams.
- Several years of expertise in individual life product management as well as sound knowledge of the Swiss individual life market and private pension.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end product development process.
- Ability to analyse complex issues in a structured way and develop them strategically.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market mechanisms, and sales requirements.
- Confident operation within a broad network including pension, actuarial, sales, IT, marketing, asset management, and other areas.
- High implementation orientation, prioritisation skills, and proactive action.
- Fluent German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
