Responsibilities:
You independently manage a property portfolio consisting of residential properties and mixed-use buildings and ensure professional management.
Planning and monitoring maintenance work, property inspections and handovers are part of your varied daily routine.
You coordinate collaboration with tenants, owners, authorities and external service providers and maintain sustainable business relationships.
In addition to negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements, you prepare budgets and keep an eye on the economic development of your properties.
You work closely with technical management, leasing, administration and caretaking and support your team in personal customer care on site.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship as well as a professional certificate in property management or ongoing relevant further training form your professional basis.
You bring solid practical experience in property management and gladly take on responsibility.
You are proficient in using digital applications and property software and apply these efficiently in your daily work.
With your negotiation skills, communicative manner and goal-oriented approach, you find suitable solutions even for demanding matters.
You act customer-oriented and service-minded, remain resilient and flexible even in hectic situations, and have impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written.
